Back to School
No, no... I am not a student, although I have students (I am a teacher, by the way, when I'm not fiddling with websites) :D But what I really meant was today is the first day of classes for my two kids. Ergo, my vacation is over - my vacation from bringing them them to and picking them up from school. Yes, call me Ms. Schoolbus...
Good thing we live only four blocks away from their school so we have the luxury to sleep until thirty minutes before classes; still plenty of time to get ready.
Except for today. DJ woke up quite early, in fact, too early for my liking. 5:30 is still an unholy hour for me - considering i went to bed at 2:30.
So now I'm gulping down gallons of coffee hoping to clear my head from the cobwebs of drowsiness. I don't want to take a nap now, I'm afraid I might not wake on time for my next trip. Remember, I'm Ms. Schoolbus! ;)
